AFTRS first feature, “One More Day” wraps up. We all survived a crazy four week shoot that had it all! Congratulations to all the students involved, good luck in the edit and roll on Oct for the screening.

“Dream What You Want” screens as a finalist to 80,000 adoring fans during Tropfest. The crew were lavished with the finest nibblies and French champagne, while Dimitri sat sweaty palmed in the VIP area. Thanks again DWYW’ers!

“The Road to Success”- a short film starring Don Hany has been accepted into Flickerfest, and will have it’s world premiere on sunday January 9th at 6.30 and monday the 10th at 4.30.

Initial shooting finishes on “Howard Theatre Blues”; a gritty, revealing doc about Washington’s Howard Theatre and the surrounding music scene.
Many thanks must go to the Rev Sandra Truesdale for all her help and trust...now off to the edit suite to get it into shape.

Dimitri teams up with Lyn Norfor from Emerald Productions on “Pog”, a short film about a girl, a skateboard and a concrete bowl.
“Howard Blues” goes into post to find some shape and secure extra funds.

Dimitri reunites with Porchlight Films (The Hunter, Animal Kingdom) as the 1st AD for the Australian leg of the feature film “Dead Europe” Directed by Tony Krawitz and produced by Liz Watts.

Sixfoot6 Films joins forces with Lyn Norfor & Emerald Productions to develop and shoot POG.
It’s hard enough being a teen, but harder still when you’re a loner. Pog follows the journey of Kath, a skatergirl rolling through a world where belonging to a tribe is seemingly all that’s important.
